摘要
雕塑箱体采用热喷涂Al作为基本防护方法 ,厚度 12 0 μm ,底漆用环氧富锌漆封闭 ,环氧云铁漆做中间漆 ,丙烯酸聚氨酯漆做面漆 .经 5年使用 ,没有发生明显的涂层破损和显著的褪色 ,仅有部分的失光 。
A large sculpture 'The Wind of May', made of steel, was erected in the severe marine atmosphere of Qingdao. Corrosion and protection was a major issue for this sculpture.A thermal spray Al coating with a thickness of 120 μm was adopted. The spray coating was sealed with zinc rich epoxy paint. Above the sealing coating a mica iron oxide epoxy was used as intermediate coating. Then an acrylic modified polyurethane paint was used as the top coating. The coating of the sculpture was not damaged or discolored obviously after 5 year service. Only its gloss was lost a little. This proves that the corrosion and protection system used for the sculpture is successful.
