摘要
介绍了晶安高科污染源的来源、采取的措施及综合治理、利用方法。使废水指标由PH:11~ 12 ;SS<10 0 0 mg/l;CODcr≤ 2 0 0 mg/l;氨氮≤ 2 0 0 mg/l降到 PH:6~ 9;SS<70 mg/l;CODcr≤ 10 0 mg/l;氨氮≤ 15 mg/l;酸雾指标由 HCl5 0 0~ 80 0 mg/m3达到小于 2 5~ 4 0 mg/m3;炉窑烟气由林格曼黑度 5 ,烟尘浓度 2 70 0~ 5 191mg/Nm3降到林格曼黑度1,烟尘浓度小于 2 0 0 mg/Nm3;硅渣可生产复合絮凝剂和白炭黑 ,不仅可改善环境影响 ,而且可回收盐酸和利用废资源 。
This article describes the pollution source from Jingan Hi tec Co.and the disposal methods,comprehensive use of the waste.The waste water indexes have been reduced from pH 11~12 to pH6~9;from SS<1000mg/l to <70mg/l; from CODcr<200mg/l to 100mg/l; ammonia and nitrogen from <200 mg/l to <15mg/l;acid mist indexes from HCl500~800mg/m 3 to <25~40mg/m 3 smog of kiln from Lingman Blackness 5 to 1;smog density from 2700~5191mg/Nm 3 to 200 mg/Nm 3. Silicon slag can be used to produce composite flocculant and white carbon black.It can not only improve environment conditions but also recover hydrochloric acid and make use of waste resources so as to run the enterprise economically.
