综述了PCR技术的原理、类型、优缺点及其在兽医诊断中的应用 。
A summary is given of the principle, types, advantages and disadvanteges of the polymerase chain reaction(PCR), technology and its use for diagnosis of animal and poultry diseases as well as the existing problerms in its practical application.
