摘要
通过对甘薯脱毒技术、指示植物法甘薯茎尖苗带毒检测技术研究及脱毒苗移植、管理、繁殖、利用的观察结果 ,结合福建气候优势及甘薯栽培制度 ,提出福建的甘薯脱毒薯 (苗 )生产技术体系。
By studying on the techniques to get virus-free sweetpotato, the techniques of virus test of regenerated plants by using identification hosts, observing the transplantation, management, pullulation and utilization of the virus-free sweetpotato, and based on climatic advantages in Fujian and cultivation system of sweetpotato, the system of production techniques of virus-free sweetpotato (plant) in Fujian is proposed.
