摘要
叙述了我国近几年来 ,用现代分子生物学技术研究白僵菌、绿僵菌等主要虫生真菌的进展。内容有 :利用原生质体融合、基因工程等技术进行基因水平上菌株改良以及利用酶谱分析技术。
In this paper, the progress of the main worm-living fungus such as Beauveria Bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae by means of modern molecular biology is related. The advanced techniques indude protoplast syzygium, gene engineering, refining strains on the genic horizon, zymogram analysis, molecular genetics used in research on genetic discrepancy.
