知识产权制度作为一种保护智力成果的法律制度 ,其保护对象是广泛的。就农业科研单位面临的形势入手 ,对农业科研院所知识产权工作现状进行研究 ,阐述农业科研单位加强知识产权工作的现实必要性 ,提出加强对农业科研院所知识产权管理和保护的若干对策。

Intellectual property rights system is a legal institution for protecting intellectual achievements, the proteges are in wide ranges. Beginning with the situation that the agricultural institutes face, this paper carries out studies on the working conditions of the institutes, details the necessity of strengthening the management of intellectual property rights in agricultural field and puts forward some countermeasures for improving management and protection of intellectual property rights.
