“十五”期间我国经济仍保持较快增长势头 ,GDP年均增长率将保持在 7 8% ,这就为我国体育消费提供了广阔的发展空间和巨大潜力。但要提高体育消费水平 ,还必须解决好日益增长的体育需求与体育设施建设相对滞后的关系 ;体育消费形式的多样化与体育消费品供给的关系 ;增加体育人口与城镇化建设的关系 ;体育消费总量提高与东西部发展不平衡的关系 ;体育消费发展与社会生产力发展的关系。

In the period of the 10th Five Year Plan, China's economy is keeping up steadily and the GDP increasing rate will remain 7.8%, which grants the sports consumption the special room and great potentiality. However,in order to improve the sports consumption standard several aspects must be well dealt.
