摘要
对不同性别、长期参加不同项目锻炼老年人安静时的心率、血压和肺通气功能进行测试对比。研究结果 :长期的体育锻炼能增强心肺功能。锻炼对降低SP的作用大于DP ,男子SP下降的幅度大于女子 ,而女子DP下降的幅度大于男子。男子长跑组的HR是最低的 ,男女舞蹈组的SP最低。各锻炼组肺通气功能排列的顺序为 :舞蹈组、长跑组、太极拳组。体育锻炼对老年女子肺通气功能的影响不如男子大。研究表明 ,老年人健身锻炼成功与否关键在于健身项目的选择和运动量特别是运动强度的安排。
The HR, blood pressure and lung ventilation of the old have been made a comparison among the old of the different sexes and different training courses. The results indicate that the long time exercise can build up the cardio respiratory function. Exercise can make up dropping more than DP, the SP of the man drop more than that of the woman, the DP of the woman drop more than that of man.HR of the long-distance runners is the lowest. Man's and the woman's SP of the dancers is the lowest. The lung ventilation of the long-distance runners is better than the Chinese shadow-boxer and worse than that of the dancers. The effect of the old person's exercise training on the lung ventilation is worse than that on the man's. The exercise training effect of the old is decided on the training courses and the exercise load, especially on the intensity of the exercise.
