使用违禁药物和方法可以按吸毒处罚 ;裁判员贪脏枉法应按公务人员接受贿赂定罪 ;竞赛中严重伤害要以故意或过失伤害承担民事责任 ;体育法律的执法主体应独立、居中。
Those who use contraband and related methods can be punished as taking drugs; referees bribery and perverting the law will be convicted of corruption; those who injure others in the competition should take civil responsibility; executive body of sports law should be independent and centered.
