试析武术教学改革

Wushu Teaching Reform

为适应市场经济体制改革和高等教育的发展 ,我们对武术教学进行了如下改革 :培养模式从“单一专业定向培养”向“多元化、多层次、综合性培养”转变 ;教育内容安排从单纯的“以专业计划为依据”向“以人才市场需要为依据”转变 ;教育模式和方法从“以教师为中心”向“以学生为中心”转变。培养出了优秀运动员、教练员、教师、科研人员以及从事其他社会职业的群体。

To meet reform of market economic system and higher education development, the reform on Wushu teaching has been made as follows: First, the personnel training of unified speciality has been changed into pluralism, multiple-gradations and synthesis; secondly, arrangements of the course contents are not just according to the speciality plan, but also the various needs of talented person in society; Thirdly, in teaching forms and methods, students have become teaching center, not teachers. As a result, students have been trained into top class Wushu players, teachers, instructors and researchers who can also engaged in other occupations simultaneously.
