摘要 对 2 2名有体育特长男女大学生进行运动疲劳试验 ,分别在运动前、运动后立即及第 2天取血 ,分离血清并测定乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)及其同工酶、肌酸激酶 (CK)及其同工酶和丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)活性。结果 :运动后血清酶活性均有明显升高 ,同工酶亦有变化 ,第 2天逐渐恢复并接近正常水平。结论 :运动疲劳在一定程度上可引起组织细胞膜损伤 ,但这种损伤是可逆的 ,在短期内即可恢复。 Objective to the methods of contending against the exercise fatigue and raise the exercise achievement. Method: the CK, LDH and there is enzyme which ALT activities were investigated in 22 trained youth volunteers before and after acute exercise fatigue. Result: the data obtained suggest that the serum enzyme activities are also changed partly. The serum enzyme activities change recover gradually to normal level after 24 hours. Conclusion: acute exercise fatigue can damage the structure of cell membrane, but the damage may recover in short period.
