“以德治国”方略下的高校德育策应

Supporting and Coorperative Tactics of Moral Education in Universitjes Under the Policy of Administering a Country by Morality

“以德治国”方略的实施 ,对高校德育工作提出了新要求。为策应这一方略 ,高校德育必须全面理解“德”的内涵 ,辩证看待“法治”与“德治”的关系 ,努力建构良性互动的德育格局 ;在以大学生为主要对象的德育工作中 ,应着眼理想信念、社会公德、职业道德等三个基础教育 ;同时通过同社会德育的衔接 ,培养道德评价能力 ,促进“慎独”的自我锻炼 ,切实加强对大学生道德实践的引导。

The implementation of the Policy'Administering a country by morality'has put forward new requirement of the moral education work in the institutions of higher learning. To support and coorperate with the policy we must have an overall comprehension of the intension of 'Morality', treat dialectically the relation between' administering a country by law' and 'administering a country by morality', establish favourable interactive pattern of moral education; in the work of moral education with college students as its main objects,the three basic educations should be kept in mind: belief in idea, social morality, and professional ethics; at the sane time, linking with social moral education, to cultivate the students' ability of moral appreciation, to promote self-cultivation of' always keeping ethics in mind even when you are alone, to strengthen the guide of moral practice of college students.
