On Establishment of Alliance of Sheng Shi-cai and the Soviet Union

1934— 1937年新疆盛世才政权与苏联在政治军事上建立了反帝、排斥国民党政府和共掌新疆政权 ,共保新疆安全的同盟关系 ,经济上苏联对新疆给予了大规模的援助。苏盛同盟是苏盛援助与受援助、控制与被控制、控制与反控制的集合体。

In 1934 to 1937,the new power of Sheng Shi-cai established an alliance in political and military affairs with the Soviet Union to oppose the imperialism,repel Guomintang government,control Xinjiang administration and be responsible for Xinjiang's safety mutually.The soviet Union sent economic aid to Xinjiang on a large scale.The alliance of Sheng and the Soviet Union was a collective body between supporter and supportee,controlling and controlled.It was also an egoistic product of the Soviet Union.
