On the establishment of Reference Room for Speciality of Fine Arts and its Serve

与自然学科和一般的社会学科的文献资料相比较 ,美术资料具有多变性、时间跨度性和综合性的特点。因此 ,在建设美术专业资料室时 ,要注意典藏与及时更新相统一 ,突出学科重点 ,又兼顾全面 ,同时还应该注意提高信息服务水平 ,充分发挥资料室在教学科研中的作用。

Documents and reference materials of the Fine Arts, comparing with that of specialities of natural scienec and common social science, have their peculiarities:changefulness,long span of time and comprehensiveness. Hence in establishing reference room for speciality of Fine Arts integration of collection and renewal in time, stressing the main point of the speciality and giving consideration to the whole should be paid attention to. At the same time care must be taken to improving information serve and to giving full play to reference room in teaching and scientific ressarch.
