摘要 铌酸锂拥有光学、铁电、电光、弹性、弹光、光折射等优良性质 ,它被广泛应用于集成光和光波导器件。结构决定性质 ,为此 ,本文较详细地介绍有关铌酸锂的晶体结构知识。 Ferroelectric lithium niobate(LiNbO 3) is widely used in integrated and guided-wave optics because of its favorable optical, piezoelectric, electro-optic, elastic, photoelastic, and photorefractive properties. Physical properties of LiNbO 3are determined by it's structure,however detailed Chinese summaries of its crystal structure are not readily available. In this paper it is reviewed referring to the literature.
