摘要
本文给出了光纤温度传感器的数学模型,测量了厚度为150μm的GaAS片在20°时透过率曲线。计算了测温范围并给出测量相对值与温度的关系曲线。
The paper has given methematical model for optical fiber temperature sensor. We measure tnansmissivity for GaAs with thickensee 150 μm when temperature is 20 C. Then we compute temperature range and relate to measwrement rate with temperature curve.
