表面灌流β-酪啡肽对离体仔猪胃窦分泌胃泌素的影响 被引量:2

摘要 酪蛋白经水解能产生多种生物活性肤,其中具有阿片样活性的β-酪啡肽7(β-CM7)。本文以体外表面灌流,探讨β-CM7,对不同日龄猪胃窦粘膜分泌胃泌素的影响。结果显示,β-CM:能显著促进1、5、10、28日龄仔猪胃窦粘膜分泌胃泌素,并以1日龄的仔猪胃窦粘膜最敏感;28日龄仔猪胃窦粘膜对刺激的反应持续时间最长。提示:乳蛋白不仅被动地作为幼畜的营养物,并具有潜在的信息功能,能影响胃肠道的内分泌;不同日龄的仔猪对其反应不同,反映了营养物与动物的互作。 Several bioactive peptides are derived from casein by incomplete hydrolysis, including β-casomorphin7(β-CM7), an opioid-like peptide. Super fusion has been employed in this experimem to investigate the effect of β-CM7 can significantly stimulates 1,5, 10,28 days' piglets to secrete gastrin. The reaction of the gastric antrum of 1 day's piglets is the most sen- sitive, while the gastrie antrum of 28 day's piglets shows the longest reactive time. The resuh indieates that milk proteins are not only as passive nutrition of neonate animals , but also possess ahent signaling function to affect the gastrointestinal endocrine system. The different reactions of piglet of different days reflect the interaction between nutrition and animals.
