摘要 中国汽车零部件工业已有一定基础,零部件先于整车打入国际市场。出口市场格局上始终采取全方位、多元化和重点市场、重点产品、重点突破的战略方针,目前已出口到100余个国家和地区。出口产品中技术含量高、附加值大的商品槽多。出口企业已形成了国有外贸、外商和国有生产企业“三位一体”的体系结构,企业组织结构日趋合理。我国汽车零部件国际市场的开发,应采取成本领先战略、差别化战略和集中战略。 China's automotive component and part industry has set up a certain foundation, automotive parts have entered international market earlicr than the whole vehicles. The strategy in export market is stressed on whole export way, pluralistic con- cept, key markets, key products and key breakthroughs, the part have already exported to more than 100 countries and regions at present time. The products with high technical level and more additionol values are exported more and more. The enterprises with export ability has integrated the 'Three in one' system stnacture of state-owned foreign trade corporations, foreign business com- panies and state-owned production enterprises, the organization structures in enterprises is becoming reasonable with coming day. The cost superiority strategy, difference strategy and centralization strategy should be adopted in developing international mar- ket of automotive component and part in our country.
