摘要
汽车产业全球化主要表现在产业链的全球化和大规模的跨国界重组两个方面。其主要动因在于:市场和竞争格局的实质性变化、总体成本的上升压力、相关支持性条件。随着中国加入WTO,中国汽车产业也将融入全球化汽车产业之中,由此将面临更多的挑战和机遇。挑战主要来自于关税和非关税调整、投资协议、汽车贸易及相关服务业;机遇主要体现在促进国内汽车产业的竞争、技术水平和研发能力的提高、汽车市场的快速扩展。
Automotive industry globalization is mainly represented in two aspects: globalization in industrial links and transna- tional reorganization with large scale. Its main motive involves the substantial changes in market and competition forms, the pres- sure from total cost raise, and the relative support conditions, with close to join in WTO, China automotive industry shall join in the global automotive industry and face with more challenge and opportunities. The challenges come mainly from the tariff and non-tariff adjustments, investment agreements, automotive trade businesses and the related services. The opportunities represent mainly in promoting domestic automotive industry competition, improving technical level and R/D capability and rapid expan- sion in automotive market.
