加入WTO对中国汽车工业影响的若干思考

Considerations of Effect on Automotive Industry of China when Joined in WTO

中国汽车工业目前尚存在产量少、产品结构不合理、技术水平低、研发能力薄弱等问题，致使劳动生产率十分低下，生产成本及产品价格居高不下。就中国汽车产品的国际竞争力水平、关税承受能力等方面来看，中国汽车工业在加入ＷＴＯ后将会受到强烈的冲击，但也会给汽车工业带来良好的发展机遇。中国加入ＷＴＯ后，将加速汽车工业产业结构的调整、促进我国汽车工业自主开发能力的形成、推进汽车消费政策的调整和消费环境的改善等。

Some problems such as small production output unreasonable product structure, lower technical level, weak R/D capability and etc. are still existed in China automotive industry at present time to cause more inferior labour productivity and higher production cost and product price. In view of international competition ability of China automotive products, tariff bearing capability and etc, a severe impact shall be suffered and a better developing opportunity shall be brought for China automotive in- dustry after joined in WTO. This iliaD speed up the adjustments of China automotive industry structure, promote the forming of self-developing capability fbr automotive industry in our country and promote the adjustment of automotive consuming policy and improvement of consuming environment.
