摘要
在铝合金铸件三维温度场计算的基础上 ,提出了采用动态多熔池等效液面收缩量法对缩孔进行预测 ;并综合质量守恒方程、动量方程和氢含量守恒方程 ,建立了数学模型对缩松进行预测。
On the basis of 3 D temperature fields calculation of aluminum alloy casting, the liquid face shrinkage capacity method of varied several melt pool is put forward to predicate shrinkage cavity; also the mathematical model of porosity predication which consists of continuity equation, motion equation and conservation equation of gas content is established. The above models are proved correct by comparing the simulation and test results.
