音乐在艺术体操成套动作编排中的运用

Application of Music in Arranging Entire Exercise of Modern Rhythmic Gymnastics

认为 ,在艺术体操成套动作编排中 ,音乐的选择是“先导” ;使用音乐时 ,应注重以下几方面问题 ,即遵循音乐编排的原则 ,根据动作特点选择音乐 ,根据音乐风格编排动作 ,根据不同器械特点选择音乐 ,加强运动员对音乐的理解力、表现力的培养。

The present study indicates that the selection of music is the 'guide'In arranging the entire exercises of modern rhythmic gymnastics. Therefore, several problems concerning music should be paid attention to : the principles of composing music should be complied with, the music be selected in the light of the features of the movements, the movements are arranged according to the music style, the music selected should fit in with the characteristics of different apparatus, and gymnasts' apprehension and expressivity of music should be enhanced.
