摘要
采用文献资料法与调查访问法 ,研究了职业化竞技运动队后备运动人才的培养、使用和流动等问题 ,提出了 (职业体育俱乐部组织体系 +青少年业余训练组织体系 +政府部门 ) +社会化服务体系 +单项俱乐部 (运动队、运动学校 )的职业竞技和青少年儿童业余训练衔接的基本模式。
By the methods of documentation, survey and visits, the present paper studies the problems including the training, utilization and mobility of the sports talents of professionalized sports teams, and puts forward the elementary form linking professional sports with amateur sports training for adolescents. This form consists of 1. professional sports organizations + adolescent sports organization + government agency 2. socialized service system 3. individual sport club (sports team, sports school).
