Effect of Exercises on Bone Mineral Density

运用文献资料法 ,探讨运动对骨密度的影响。重点讨论了运动引起性激素的改变对骨密度的影响。结果提示 ,运动可增加骨密度 ,也可导致骨质疏松 ;运动引起的低性激素水平 ,是造成月经失调的女运动员骨密度偏低的主要原因。

By referring to the related literature, the authors discuss the effect of exercises on bone mineral density and emphasize the effect of sex hormone changes induced by exercises on BMD. The results show that exercises with proper loads can increase BMD, but excessive exercises can result in osteoporosis. Besides this, the lower level of sex hormone induced by exercises is the main cause that leads to lower BMD of female athletes with menstrual irregularities.
