摘要
采用流式细胞术及原位缺口末端标记法 (TUNEL) ,检测大鼠肝细胞凋亡 ;同时检测大鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)和丙二醛 (MDA)的含量。结果发现 ,运动后肝细胞凋亡增加 ,且随着运动强度的加大 ,细胞凋亡百分率升高 ,反映机体抗氧化能力的SOD、GSH -Px显著降低 ,而MDA含量显著升高。认为 ,运动可诱导肝细胞凋亡 ,而运动后机体抗氧化能力下降 ,可能是凋亡发生的机制之一。
By using flow cytometery and TUNEL method, the authors de tected the apoptosis of rat hepatocytes, the concentrations of superoxide dismut use(SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and amount of malonaldehyde(MAD) at t he same time. The results reveal that after exercise, the rat hepatocyte apoptos is was raised and the percentage of apoptosis cells increased significantly with the exercise intension. At the same time, the concentrations of SOD and GSH-Px in rat hepatocyte are decreased while that of MDA increased. It is pointed out in the present study that exercise can induce rat heptocyte apoptosis, which may be the result of decreased antioxidative capability of hepatocytes after exerci se.
