摘要
该文介绍了河南省新一代人工影响天气业务技术系统的设计思路、组成功能及应用情况。该系统集成度和自动化程度比较高、实时性和适用性比较强、业务化运行比较稳定 ;实现了将多种尺度和不同种类的信息实时采集、快速传输、集中存贮、综合分析和直观显示 ;具有作业天气预警、云场模拟预报、临近作业方案决策、作业动态监控指挥和作业效果实时评估等多种功能。
The design, structure, performance and application of a new-generation operational weather modification system are described. Highly integrated and automated, the system has good timeliness, adaptability and stability in operation. In the system, the real-time collection, fast transfer, concentrated storage, comprehensive analysis and visual display of data are realized. It has multiple functions such as operational weather warning, cloud field simulation and prediction, instant decision-making of operation schemes, operation monitoring and control and the real-time appraisal of operation effectiveness, etc.
