摘要
本文针对上海凉城泵站的实际恶臭情况 ,介绍了恶臭气体收集系统、恶臭预处理设备、恶臭生物处理设备的设计依据、设计概况和实际运行情况。研究结果表明 ,(1)恶臭气体负压收集方法确保了恶臭气体的高效收集 ,减少了待处理气量 ,降低了投资 ,工人的操作环境得到了极大改善 ;(2 )生物脱臭系统对硫化氢的去除率达到了 99%以上 ,设备处理出气的硫化氢浓度就已经满足了国家对厂界的是高浓度要求。
To cope with the stink from Shanghai Liangcheng Pumping Station, the basis and general description of the design of the gas collection system, deodorizing device and. the biological treatment plant are provided in this paper, including the actual operation of equipment. Study shows (1) that using negative pressure is highly efficient for stinky gas collection, with less gas to be treated, lower cost and better operation conditions, and (2) that the biological deodorizing system can remove hydrogen sulfide by 99% or more so that its concentration at exhaust is in compliance with the maximum requirement by the state.\;
