摘要
新型电发火件是用于新型特种系列弹发射装药的电发火元件 ,工作于复杂的电磁场环境中。本文介绍了新型电发火件的结构设计 ,所用材料的选择及电发火件的电流感度、静电感度、引线强度、电磁兼容性等试验情况 ,得出新型电发火件满足性能指标及使用要求的结论。
A new type of electric igniter is used as an electric element for igniting the propellant charge of the new and special shell series, which suits to operate in electro-magnetic enviroment. The structure design of this new type of electric igniter, choice of material that to be employed for the igniter and test conditions such as its current sensitivity, electro-static sensitivity, leg wire strength, electro-magnetic compatibility, etc, are introduced in this paper. Conclusions of satisfying the performance data and operation requirements for the igniter have been made.
