Land mines pose a significant threat to civilian long affer a military conflict. It has been estimated that there are more than 110 milion mines buried in the ground is about 70 countries. As a result, mang methods for detecting land mine were developed at various stages, such as the detecting systems based on chamistry, biology and optics. This paper manily discusses the five new methods for detecting land mine by using high power microwave.
