摘要
主要针对合成4A沸石的工艺路线,合成的原料选择,及抑制4A沸石中杂晶的形成和4A沸石在结晶过程中的转晶,详细地加以探讨。结合国内外的合成工艺路线,提出了一条以铝酸钠精液为原料,成本较低,技术合理的合成路线,在抑制4A沸石晶化过程中杂晶的形成和转晶方面采用了添加成核剂的方法来获得晶体均一、结晶良好的4A沸石结晶。
The paper discussed the process route of combined 4A Zeolite, its raw material selection, restraining the formation of mixed crystal in 4A zeolite and trans - crystal during crystallization of 4A Zeolite. Combining with domestic combined process route, the paper provides a low cost and reasonable combining route with sodium Aluminate fine liquor as raw material. Formation restraining of mixed crystal and trans - crystal aspects were solved by use of additional neucleating agent so as to achieve 4A zeolite with uniform and fine crystallization.
