摘要
研究了挤压制品尾端环状条纹的组织特征和对室温性能的影响,分析了形成原因。认为:产生原因在于挤压工艺控制不严,一般未破坏金属组织的连续性,条纹区纵(横)向力学性能 b、 0.2一般低于正常区10~20MPa,但仍能满足技术条件要求。并提出了相应的防止措施。
Circle pattern like second fish-tailing often exists in traverse macro specimen of end of extruded product, the pattern is produced because extrusion process is not controlled strictly. In general speaking, circle pattern of extruded product does not destroy the continuity of metal structure, tensile property 6b, 602of longitudinal (traverse) in pattern area is often 10-20MPa less than in normal area, but it still can meet technical requirements.
