临床检验信息系统的建立及初步应用

目的 :建立临床信息网络系统 (lanoratory inform ation system,L IS)对检验科检验数据的采集、检测结果的保存、报告输送及日常科务工作的管理实现自动化。 方法 :医学检验中心计算机局域网拟采用以太网结构 ,配置一台服务器。网络操作系统采用 windows NT server 4.0中文版 ,数据库管理系统采用 SQL server 7.0 ,各工作站操作系统采用 windows 9x。医学检验系统软件选用 Power Builder 6 .0。 结果 :1使用本信息系统可实现检验科日常工作管理计算机化 ;使检验科检测项目及数据的采用、检测结果的保存与输送实现自动化 ;2可打印统一的中文报告单 ,彻底避免手工填写引起的差错 ;3提高工作效率 ,缩短了检验报告单的发出时间 ;4减少了因报告单传递而引起的交叉感染 ;5保证检验结果的准确性和可比性 ;6杜绝了漏费现象。 结论 :使用临床检验信息系统 。

Objectives:To establish a netwok and a data management system for the information of clinical laboratory, which can fulfill the auto computer asigned data collection, reserve and report transmission in the examinations and routine management Methods: Set up a ethernet network in the department of clinical laboratory diagnosis The softwarke o0f system applied Windows NT Serve 4 0, SQL Server 7 0 and Windows 98 The application workspace used the Power Builder 6 0 for Windows 98 Results: The application of this system can manage the routine laboratory works, such as data collection, reserving, report transmittion, printing out unified report, decreasing the cycle time of the examination, assuring the veracity and comparability of the testing results, increasing the management of charge and so on Conclusions: This laboratory data management system can increase the quality of test and the level of the laboratory management
