摘要 高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)作为体内抗动脉硬化脂蛋白 ,不仅参与胆固醇逆向转运 ,尚具有其他多种抗动脉硬化功能。氧化修饰则从各个方面削弱高密度脂蛋白的抗动脉硬化效应。本文介绍高密度脂蛋白抗动脉硬化的多功能性以及氧化修饰对其功能的影响。 As an anti atherogenic lipoprotein in vivo , high density lipoprotein(HDL) mainly involves in cholesterol reverse transportation, recent studies have also revealed other aspects of HDL which might be linked to its anti atherogenic capacity. Whereas the oxidative modification of HDL may impair its anti atherogenic function. This paper was conducted to introduce the multi functional aspects of high density lipoprotein as an anti atherogenic lipoprotein and the effect of oxidative modification on its function.
