成批烧伤救治成功与失败的原因分析

Analysis of the Causes of Success and Failure in Rescue of Burn Patients in Group

目的：总结成批烧伤病人救治成功的经验，提高治愈率；方法：通过对 9批 106例烧伤病人救治情况的分析，总结出成批烧伤病人抢救的关键是： 1现场抢救正确及时，有序的伤员转运是救治成功的首要条件。 2及时合理的液体复苏，预防休克发生。 3保证呼吸道通畅，维持生命体征平稳。 4．正确合理的创面治疗，是抢救成功的保证。结果： 9批 106例烧伤病人，其中 8批 97例病人抢救理想，全部治愈。一批 9例病人救治不满意死亡 6例。结论：成批烧伤病人进行及时的现场救护、适时有序的转运、防治休克保证呼吸道通畅和正确的创面治疗是救治成功的关键。

Objective: To sum up experience in the rescue of burn patients in group and to raise the curative rate. Method: Analysis of the experience in rescue of 9 groups of burn involving 106 patients. The key points in the rescue are: 1, Timely and proper rescue measures should be adopted on site. Orderly transfer of the patients is very important. 2, Timely resuscitation infusion should be applied to prevent shock. 3, Ensure no obstruction in respiratory tract and stability of the physical sign. 4,Rational and proper treatment of the wounds. Results: The rescue of 97 patients in 8 groups had been very successful, all the patients were cured. In one group, 9 patients did not have satisfactory result and 6 died. Conclusion: Timely on site rescue measures should be adopted. Orderly transfer of the patients, adoption of anti－ shock measures, no obstruction in the respiratory tract and proper treatment of burn wounds should be ensured.
