摘要
目的：探讨 MEBT/MEBO治疗新生儿烧伤的疗效。方法：本组 5例患儿治疗全程应用 MEBT/ MEBO，创面清创后用 MEBO外涂创面，厚约 2mm，包扎，每 12小时换药一次， 直至创面愈合。结果：全部病例创面愈合时间短，瘢痕少，肢体无功能障碍。结论： MEBT/MEBO对新生儿烧伤具有良好的治疗效果。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating neonatal burn. Method: 5 cases of neonatal burn were treated with MEBT/MEBO, MEBO was applied after debridement to a thickness of 2 mm and then bandaged. The dressing was changed every 12 hrs until the wounds healed. Results: All the patients were cured, the wounds healed quickly with only a few scars. No dysfunction of the limbs was found. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is very effective in treating neonatal burn.
