拉米夫定抗前C基因突变的慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床研究

Clinical Study on Effect of Lamivudin on Liver Fibrosis in Chronic Hepatitis B Associated with Anterior-C-gene Variation

目的 探讨拉米夫定对前 C基因变异的慢性乙型肝炎患者纤维化的作用。方法 慢性乙型肝炎患者且 HBe Ag阴性、 HBV DNA阳性、血清肝纤维化指标 4项中有 2项或 2项以上超过正常值 39例 ,随机分为拉米夫定组 2 6例和对照组13例 ,治疗前后检测 HBV DNA、 TB、 AL T、 A / G和肝纤维化血清学指标 HA、 L N、 PC 、 C 。结果 拉米夫定组 2 6例中有 2 3例 HBV DNA转阴 ,转阴率为 88.46 % ,TB、AL T有显著下降 ,A/ G有明显上升。两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1。肝纤维化指标均有明显下降 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 拉米夫定对前 C基因变异慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化有效。

Objective To study the effect of Lamivudine on liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B associated with anterior C gene variation Methods Thirty nine cases of chronic hepatitis B(with two or above two items paranormal: HbeAg negative, HBV DNA positive, blood serum of liver fibrosis) were randomly divided into two groups: the Lamivudine group had twenty six cases and the control group had thirteen cases The levels of HBV DNA, TB, ALT,A/G and the serum level of HA,LN,PCIII,CIV were measured before and after the treatment Results HBV DNA of Twenty three cases of Lamivudine group turned negative, the rate of turning negative was eighty eight point four six percent TB, ALT were significantly decreased; A/G were significantly increased; and there were great difference between the two groups(P<0 01) The items of liver fibrosis were all significantly decreased, and there also were great differences between the two groups(P<0 01) Conclusions Lamivudine has good effect on liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B associated with anterior C gene variation
