摘要
目的 探讨肺动脉直径 (PAD)及血流频谱 (PAFS)部分指标的改变在甲状腺功能亢进症 (HT)患者中的意义。方法 对 HT患者 (HT组 )和正常对照组 (NS组 )先后用彩色多谱勒超声心动图 (CDUCG)测量 PAFS的峰值流速 (PFV)、射血时间 (ET)、加速时间 (AT)、AT/ ET比值及主肺动脉内径 (MPAD)、右肺动脉内径 (RPAD)和 X线心脏平片测量右下肺动脉直径 (RIPAD) ,把各测值在 HT组与 NS组间作 t检验 ,又把在肺动脉高压中有联系的测值在 HT组中作直线相关分析。结果 肺动脉扩大、PFV增加、AT缩短、AT/ ET比值变小 ,与正常对照组比较有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1~ 0 .0 0 1) ,而在肺动脉高压中几种有联系的测值的相关关系无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 HT患者的肺动脉扩张是一项较敏感反应 HT继发心大血管改变的指标 ,PAFS的 PFV增大、AT缩短及 AT/ ET比值减小是反映心脏高动力循环状态的指标 ,而与肺动脉高压不一定有内在联系。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of pulmonary artery diameter(PAD) and pulmonary artery flow spectra(PAFS) in hyperthyroidism(HT) patient Methods PAD and PAFS were measured by color doppler echocardiography and X ray in 34 patients with HT Data were compard with 20 normal subjeats(NS), and analyze correlation in HT patients Results there were significantly different beween HT patients and NS in PAD and PAFS peak flow velocity(PFV), flow acceleration time(AT), AT/ejection time(ET) rate (P<0 01~0 001) but there were not found to be signiificantly correlated in data of associed with pulmonary hypertension (P>0 05) Conclusions Pulmonary artery expand is a indices of reflect the changes of cardiac vascular secondaly to HT in HT paients PFV increase,AT shorten and AT/ET rate lessen are indices of reflect cardiac high hemodynamic,but unlikely associated with pulmonary hypertension [
