摘要 铜山铜矿通过长期对φ3.2×3.1m格子型球磨机筒体衬板工作状况、磨损报废规律的考察和研究,成功地将原小波形筒体村板改为圆沟形筒体衬板,不仅提高了衬板的使用寿命,同时提高处理量,减少过粉碎,提高选矿回收率。既有显著的节能降耗增收的经济效益,又有减少噪声和减轻检修劳动强度等明显的社会效益。 After investigation and study of working conditions and wear-out law of the shell liner of φ3.2× 3.lm grate ball mill, the shell liner is changed successfully from small corrugation to round groove shape, which has not only improved the service life of the liner, but also the output of ball mill, reduced the overcrushing and increased the recovery of mineral processing. As a result, a remarkable economic effect from energy saving and consumption reduction, and obvious social effect from suppression of noise and reduction of labour intensity for maintenance have been achieved.
