Application of Large Automatic Frame Filter Press in Arsenic Oxide Production Process and Its Improvement

由于氧化砷有剧毒，要求其生产设备具有故障率低、自动化程度高、无泄漏性能好等优点，以达到降低劳动强度、安全生产的目的。本文论述了从日本进口的大型全自动板框式压滤机在氧化砷工艺中的应用与改进，以及通过改进在降低故障率、改善操作环境方面所取得的进步。

As for the arsenic oxide is highly toxic, the production equipment is required to have the characteristics of less shutdown time, high automatic level and good leakage-proof so as to reduce labour intensity and ensure safe production. The paper describes the application and renovation of the large automatic frame filter press imported from Japan during the arsenic oxide production, and the progress made through renovation in terms of reduction of shutdown time and improvement of working conditions.
