摘要
[目的 ]大黑蚂蚁乙醇提取液对健康小鼠是否具有遗传毒性和生殖毒性。 [方法 ]测定小鼠微核试验和精子畸变试验。 [结果 ]各剂量组微核率均在正常值范围内 ,与阴性对照组比较无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,精子畸形率与阴性对照组比较无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ]提示大黑蚂蚁乙醇提取液无遗传毒性和生殖毒性作用。
