摘要
本文对Ti扩散LiNbO_3衬底的条波导与单模光纤的对接耦合的损耗进行了理论分析,并做了耦合实验的研究。对耦合测试装置提出了加工精度要求。
This article illuminated theoretic analysis about coupling loss between single mode fibre and strip waveguide using LiNbO_3 with Ti diffusion as substzate. It also present precise requirement of coupling manufacture and test devices after oun research of coupling experiments.
