摘要
基于转子采用挠性结构、筒体用复合钢板、内筒不加工的主要设计思路 ,研制了大型薄膜蒸发器 (传热面积 10~ 2 0m2 )。介绍了其结构特点、工作原理和应用情况。设计时为了提高传热效率 ,必须注意筒身圆度和复合钢板的质量与规格。该大型薄膜蒸发器的设计合理、可靠 ,生产中使用正常 ,1台 2 0m2 薄膜蒸发器可生产质量分数为 30 %~ 44 %的液碱 1万t/a(折 10 0 %NaOH)
The main ideas in developing the large scale film evaporator with heat transfer area of 10 up to 20 m 2 were that rotar was flixible,shell was made of clad steel,and interal surface of shell was not machined.The characteristics of structure,work principle of the large scale film evaporator,and its application in caustic soda evaporation were introduced.Circular degree of cylinder,quality and specification of clad steel must be paid attention to in the course of design and manufacture in order to improve heat transfer efficiency.The application results showed that it worked stablely,and its deve lopment was reasonable and reliable.One of this kind of film evaporator with heat transfer area of 20 m 2 could produce 30 wt%~40 wt% liquid caustic soda,without put of 100% NaOH 10 000 t/a.
