对氯乙酸生产中副产盐酸能否作为盐水中和用酸的问题进行了探讨 ,通过理论论证得出 ,为了电解槽及膜的安全 。

The possibility of using hydrochloric acid by-product from chloroacetic acid production to neutralize brine was discussed.The result from theoretical demonstration showed this kind of acid by-product couldnt be used for the neutralization of brine,otherwise the safety of electrolyzer and membrane could be affected.
