摘要
分析了离心式压缩机扩容、节能改造采用的主要方法 ,介绍了加宽通流部分几何尺寸、优化流道几何形状 ,增加氢气压缩机通流能力 ,提高流动效率的扩容节能改造方法。同时 ,改造压缩机的局部结构 ,保证了压缩机性能 。
Main methods for dilatancy and energy-saving modification of centrifugal compressor are analyzed.Widening and optimizing flow channel was made in order to increase flow capacity and efficient of hydrogen gas compressor.Meanwhile partial structure of hydrogen gas compressor was also modified in order to ensure its performance and increase its running stability.
