根据在工作中的实际情况 ,介绍了对江苏北方氯碱集团有限公司的 4万t/a离子膜装置的自动控制系统—μXL微机集散型控制系统进行的改进 :PICA - 16 4(精盐水压力 )阀位限位 ;PRCZA2 16、2 2 6输出跟踪 ;离子交换树脂运行状态的动态显示 ;设置打印功能等。

The autocontrol system—μXL microcomputer distributed control system for 40 thousand tons per year ion exchange membrane caustic soda unit is improved according to practical working conditions,which involves limiting open degree of valve PICA-164 for the control of refined brine pressure,tracking the output of PRCZA216 and 226,dynamically displaying the running conditions of ion exchange resin,setting up printing function,and so on.The author hopes this paper can give some references to domestic technical personnel of chlor-alkail industry.
