摘要
分析了金川有色金属公司化工厂盐水精制过程中存在的工艺问题 :常出现盐水浓度过于饱和 ;砂滤器没有精盐水返洗工序 ;配水池中过碱量不稳定等。经过相应的技术改造后 ,ρ(Ca2 + +Mg2 + )由原来的 9.35mg/L降低到 3.6 1mg/L ,确保金属阳极隔膜电解槽安全经济运行。
Problems exsiting in brine refinement process in Chemical Plant of Jinchuan Non-ferrous Metal Corporation were analyzed,which involved that brine was often in condition of supersaturation,there wasnt procedure of back purging sand filter by refined brine,and the amount of excess alkali was unstable.After modifying process,the total contents of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in refined brine were reduced from 9.35 mg/L to 3.61 mg/L,safe and economical running of diaphragm cell with metal anodes was ensured.
