摘要
氯醇法环氧丙烷废水具有高SS、高COD、高 pH值、高含盐量的特点。以生产实践与科学试验为依据 ,对 3种常用的基本方法—生物接触氧化法、活性污泥法及两种方法的组合 (泥法串膜法 )处理皂化废水进行了比较 ,从中选优 ,并重点对泥法串膜处理皂化废水进行探讨、分析。
Waste water from propylene epoxide production by chlorohydrin method contains high contents of SS,COD and salt with high pH.Effects of three kinds of widely used methods, including biological contact oxidation,active sludge methods,and combination methods (called sludge-membrane method), on the treatment of saponification waste water are compared,and the best is selected among them.The sludge-membrane method is dicussed and analysed emphatically.
