摘要
pH电极是十分精密的检测元件 ,污染后灵敏度降低 ,稳定性变差。介绍了超声波清洗、机械刷洗、水喷射清洗、化学溶液喷射清洗、压缩空气喷射清洗、复合清洗、人工清洗等 pH电极清洗方法 ,并给出电极内部陶瓷砂芯的清洗方法。对生产实际有借鉴意义。
The pH electrode is an very precise detection element,and its sensitivity and stability will decrease after being contaminated.Some methods to clean pH electrode are introduced,such as ultrasonic cleaning,mechanical cleaning,water jet cleaning,chemical solution jet cleaning,compressed air jet cleaning,composite cleaning,manual cleaning,and so on.Methods to clean the ceramic core inside the electrode are also introduced.This paper can give some references to pratical production.
