介绍了在降低隔膜碱蒸发汽耗方面获得的经验 :改二效顺流为三效顺流装置 ,增加闪蒸二次汽系统 ,电解液单级预热改为双级预热 ,完善自控系统 ,完善保温隔热层 。
Some experiences on decreasing steam consumption in the evaporation of diaphragm caustic soda are introduced,which are as follows:substituting three-effect downstream evaporator for two-effect downstream evaproator,adding flash system of secondary steam,replacing single-stage heating system with double-stage heating system for the preheating of electrolyte,perfecting automatic control system,improving heat insulation layer and modifying rotary salt separator.
