金属阳极隔膜电槽节能降耗工作总结

摘要 金属阳极隔膜电解槽的节能降耗工作是一项复杂的系统工程 ,是影响隔膜法烧碱成本的主要因素之一。从技术入手 ,提出应用戈尔膜过滤器 ,提高精盐水质量 ;采用改性隔膜扩张阳极技术 ,改进隔膜制作工艺。从管理入手 ,提出明确责任、严格考核制度 ;使电槽的管理程序化、标准化、制度化 ;提高职工素质及用微机辅助电槽管理。改进后 ,在 1.7kA/m2 电流密度下 ,平均槽电压从 3.2 70V降到 3.16 2V ,平均电耗由 2 44 0kW·h/(t·10 0 %NaOH)降至 2 376kW·h/(t·10 0 %NaOH) ,节能降耗效果显著。 The energy conservation and consumption reduction of diaphragm electrolyzer with metal anodes is a complex and systematic work and one of the most important factors influecing the production cost of diaphragm caustic soda.The following measures are put forward:in respect of technology,adopting Gore film filter to improve the quality of refined brine,adopting modified diaphragm and expanded anode technology to improve the process of diaphragm manufacture;in respect of management,clearly defining responsibilities,enforcing assessment rules,programming,standardizing and systematizing the management of electrolyzers,improving the qualities of workers,adopting microcomputers to help the management of electrolyzers.These modifications bring about remarkable results in respect of energy conservation and consumption reduction,the average cell voltage reduces from 3.270 V to 3.162 V and the average electric energy consumption reduces from 2 440 kW·h/(t·100% NaOH) to 2 376 kW·h/(t·100% NaOH) at 1.7 kA/m2 of current density.
